That’s my Diamond Phenomenal Entrepreneur Coaching Circle [PECC] posing with a Native American warrior woman (she’s entirely made of bronze!) in Scottsdale last week. Each member invested $100,000 in them SELVES to be a member of this strategic spiritual alliance! Inspiring! (If you’re thinking ‘that’s crazy!’ let me ask you something: Would YOU invest $100,000 to make a million? I would. ALL DAY LONG! These Diamonds are creating high six-figure or seven-figure businesses rapidly, with ease and appreciation.)
I’ve been thinking… what does it take to Go Diamond? I mean, going Diamond isn’t for everyone – nor does it need to be. The ‘Diamond’ entrepreneur has a HUGE vision of what’s possible, not only for herself, but for the WORLD. What struck me about each of the above Diamonds was the way they used language:
“I want to help my Self express authentically, laugh genuinely, dance wildly, create beautifully, love truly, madly, deeply, pay myself handsomely. I want to help others in the world… increase literacy, eradicate hunger, heal, become self-sufficient and claim abundance.”
Many entrepreneurs I meet focus on creating a ‘life style’ that often reflects their current exhaustion… “I want more time,” they say. “Time to rest, read, sleep.” Really? You want to build a business so you can sleep more? That’s pretty funny. You really need to pick a different money game if you want to sleep more! Besides, as the gym slogan says, “You can sleep when you’re dead.” (Of course, rest does have its place – but it’s not a ‘life style.’)
If this resonates for you, you probably need a vacation so you can get a perspective shift and tune into your Divine Guidance.
If focusing on ‘more money’ and ‘more time’ is all that your business is about, that will simply NOT be enough motivation to propel you into action. A business designed to express your Life Purpose – now THAT will get you in ACTION. The business game is NOT for folks who aren’t in perpetual motion for a PURPOSE GREATER than money. (But money IS part of the equation, to be sure.)
My clients know not to ask me, “What can I do to make money?” Instead, ask your Self: “What can I do to provide MORE VALUE for others in EXCHANGE for money?” I KNOW I can take someone with no business and help them create a six-figure business in less than ONE year – IF they are motivated and willing to do WHATEVER their inner guidance asks them to do. That’s value. So my ‘coaching prices’ reflect ROI and ROE = ‘return on investment’ and ‘return on experience.’
In your business, are you a value creator or a victim? There’s really no in-between. It’s one or the other. If you’re blaming the economy, your spouse, your education, or your business partner for your ‘problems,’ you’re in victim mode. Diamonds don’t blame others for their outcomes. And if they slip, they catch it quick, because one victim moment is one too many.
To ‘Go Diamond’ every day, you MUST DECIDE NOW TO ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS ACT on your Divine Guidance (and never ever, ever, ever NOT act on it!). It’s not enough to just ask and listen – you have to ACT. Diamonds ACT. Right after our group meetings, they are back in their rooms or at the pool (smile – my FAVORITE office), writing out plans, putting up landing pages online, calling vendors – IMPLEMENTING what they received moments earlier in the mastermind sessions. Two members received 500 K ideas while in the room – and yes, those plans are coming to fruition right now.
EASY is relative. If Divine Guidance says, “GET UP!” at 3 AM so you can explore a new concept online, you’d better get up. Divine Guidance doesn’t care about you getting ‘enough’ sleep or working ‘more’ or working ‘less.’ Divine Guidance guides you PERFECTLY, every time, to take the actions needed for this project, this relationship, this bank account, this moment. Some months, you may work 80 hours a week to fulfill Divine Guidance, at other times, you may hang out with the dolphins in Hawaii and find joy in just floating under the big blue sky.
Ultimately, to REALLY BE a Diamond, it’s about your Consciousness – it’s a state of mind. Here’s a quote from Robert A. Russell’s amazing book, You Too, Can Be Prosperous: “When you make a claim on Universal Substance, have a well-defined mental picture of what you want. Vague, misty, and indefinite pictures do not accumulate Substance.” Know what you want, see it, feel it, and take ACTION toward it.
