Reading Hands at the Emmy’s - and YOUR Hand Questions!

Posted on Sep. 22, 2008 by Baeth in General

Last week, I had an interview with the vivacious and hugely successful Leeza Gibbons, host of “Hollywood Confidential,” and Emmy-award-winning host of the “Leeza” TV show.  (Our interview will air October 4th.)This interview was followed by a two-day meeting with about 50 of the stars attending yesterday’s 60th Emmy Awards in Los Angeles. I also got to see the hands of two of the winners, Jean Smart, from ”Samantha Who?” and Kathryn Joosten, from “Desperate Housewives.” Stay tuned for pics.

This morning, Michael Yo of “Yo on E!” interviewed me. You can watch the video here: http://www.screencast.com/t/wJWqR6NiyaW

Now, on to your hand questions!

Q: “Baeth, you said, “Figure out which is your dominant gift and then see how the others [in your hands] constellate around it.”  How do I determine which is my Dominant Gift?

A: GREAT question. You can determine your ‘dominant gift marker’ in your hand in terms of how large, clear and well-marked it is. For example, if you have a big, neat Apollo Star (asterisk-shaped symbol under your ring finger on the palm) and couple of other stars in other areas that aren’t so neat and well-marked, you could say your Apollo Star is the dominant gift and the other gifts are supporting players to that gift.

In my hands, my BEST marked gift is the Lines of Genius - a genius for making my message simple and understandable. It’s the “media” gift. My secondary gift is my Apollo Star… so when I put my message in front of an audience, it moves me more and more into my Life Purpose as the Successful Business Woman with a Spiritual Message for a Large Audience.

Q: Significance of a Break On The Sun Line? ['Apollo line' under the ring finger]

I’ve become fascinated with the lines on my hand since signing up for the LPVaHR!  I noticed, on my right hand, that there was a break (about 1/4 of an inch long) in one of the lines and became curious about it.   I did some research, online, and discovered that it is the Sun Line (and that breaks are a bad sign).  My Sun Line starts on my Lifeline – – it actually starts on a fork of my Lifeline, crosses the Headline and curves to the right, towards the mount of Saturn and ends at my Heartline.  My Sun Line then starts again (under my ring finger), at the Heartline and is fairly strong and deep, and ends in a trident (this section is stronger on my hand than what appears on my print) under my ring finger. Since what I am reading says the Fate Line and Sun Line must be read together, let me tell you that I don’t seem to have a Fate Line on my right hand and what I think is the Fate Line on my left hand is crooked and wavy.  From what I’m reading online – – a wavy Fate Line is also a bad sign! Starting about 15 years ago, my life has been in enormous upheaval, accompanied by many losses.  Since my Sun Line starts again and appears to be strong, would it be a  fair interpretation to say that the break is indicative of what has happened and that the strong “restart” of my Sun Line is a positive sign?  Are there things one can do to compensate for a break in their Sun Line?  How will a break in the Sun Line affect my ability to carry out my Life Purpose?

A: Breaks in lines are better read as a “break in activity.” You could be taking needed time off or procrastinating. If you do see a break in any of the lines, it needs to be interpreted case by case, taking into account other markers in the hands. That being said, breaks indicate a holding pattern in that area of the person’s life. The thing to remember is that we have free will. Also, I have a BIG distaste for language like ‘bad sign.’ There is nothing ‘bad’ in the hands - only opportunities for growth. I would say that given your own observations and how the lines are appearing - YES, you are moving into a period of greater focus with your creativity. A trident at the end of an Apollo line is a ‘good sign,’ indicating creative prosperity. Congratulations on your hard work, dedication and willingness to grow!

NOTE: Without seeing the hand print, I can’t say more than this. I think you may be confusing the line coming off your Life Line for an Apollo (Sun) Line, when it is a family-influenced Saturn line. I will check your prints on file.

    I am one blessed woman!

Beth’s Handanalyst MasterMind teleconference this week on Neptune Stars was an awesome experience. I was given the opportunity to connect at a deeper level with my style of manifesting purpose, and I discovered how to fine tune that process for greater productivity. That is great stuff!

I also especially loved connecting with the other MM members on the call who had made available their handprints as well, because I walked away from that teleconference with a greater sense of like-minded community with those wonderfully creative souls. I greatly appreciate the energy of those lovely Neptunian nymphs. :-)

Without exception, my life is bettered each time I attend a Baeth Davis event!

I am loving my Life Purpose Vision class. I was on the call a few weeks ago but did not get to ask my question. I had my hands analyzed by Kate Arnold and according to the prints, my dominant zones are upper Saturn and lower Jupiter.

My left primary is upper mercury and secondary is upper Saturn.

My life purpose is Influential spiritual teacher with a message in the spotlight.

Looking at my right hand my upper thumb is by far the longest and widest. I have survived many things on will power alone and am sometimes too strong willed for my own good. The next longest are upper Saturn, upper Apollo and upper mercury. Lower Jupiter is the widest.

I spent 25 years in the business, corporate world. I currently own a small pet care/dog walking business. My book shelves are filled with Abraham-Hicks, Louise Hay and other faith, energy, spiritual type books.

I know that walking dogs is not my life purpose. I love the animals but need to connect with people. Any suggestions or insight will be much appreciated.

    Hi Beth,
I am also lovin the LPV class. It is eye opening and remarkable information. Who knew, right in the palm of our hands –this whole time. ;)
    QUESTION:
I just re-listensed to my hand analysis session with Susan. For the niche — I was told that my Right Hand dominant zone was upper pinky (– talent for brainstorming, marketing, author and speaker, good communicator, possibly channeling) and on my Left Hand, it was (Artist or “critics eye” –talented critic/peculiar sense of taste & style).
Though my LEFT HAND is my dominant. As an author…I do sense that the Right Hand is more than just my personal and hobbies…it seems to be pointing to career even more than my left hand.
Is that a common issue with Left Handers? Or is it just me?

    Thanks…
Also –I was never told a “secondary” zone. Is that important to know?

See you on the call tonight!
    Heather

2nd question…I am squinting at my little fingers and I do see 3 small vertical lines on the left pinky, but Lines of Genious were not mentioned in my reading. Can you check for me? I ask b/c I relate to the Penalty in a big way…(the chasing your own tail) I also authored a book in my 20’s — and I loved the writing process, loved having the book published but disliked speaking and radio interviews for the book (Life Lesson big time– Ms. Not Enough)
So, with lines of genious, can it be through writing /author and not so much speaking? Or do they have to go hand in hand? Thanks again, Heather

    Hi,

I missed the call last week that spoke further about the niche (REALLY wanted to be there but had a class). I have been struggling with the niche area of this very, very much and realize now that maybe there is a piece missing. Here are my questions:

My life purpose is: [Reluctant] Innovative Leader with Heart
(Also have healer, solution brain (VERY much), writers fork, RM? Markers)

    My zones:
Right – dominant – Jupiter, Secondary – Top Thumb
In looking at my hand and my prints, it seems that Middle Saturn is my dominant, not Jupiter. I am also confused about the thumb since you say it isn’t used in determining niche.

Left – primary- middle Saturn, secondary – upper Saturn

So, given the above, I am wondering what I can derive from this? Okay, maybe I have the self worth issue☺, and I definitely resonate with the leader, solution brain, and writer piece.

Right now I have a business in which I’ve developed a breakthrough health and beauty product that I am initially selling online and I plan to leverage this experience to launch a personal blog and write books (still in planning stages) as well a launch some other companies/endeavors.But, I am still really struggling with the money aspects of things so am wondering if I am on the path to my purpose.

I would love to be on the hot seat next call as I haven’t been able to attend a live call up to now so would welcome the opportunity.

This class has been one of the most eye opening, useful things I have ever done. I honestly didn’t expect what I’ve gotten out of it so far. Thank you. =
