Last week, I had an interview with the vivacious and hugely successful Leeza Gibbons, host of “Hollywood Confidential,” and Emmy-award-winning host of the “Leeza” TV show. (Our interview will air October 4th.)This interview was followed by a two-day meeting with about 50 of the stars attending yesterday’s 60th Emmy Awards in Los Angeles. I also got to see the hands of two of the winners, Jean Smart, from ”Samantha Who?” and Kathryn Joosten, from “Desperate Housewives.” Stay tuned for pics.
This morning, Michael Yo of “Yo on E!” interviewed me. You can watch the video here: http://www.screencast.com/t/wJWqR6NiyaW
Now, on to your hand questions!
Q: “Baeth, you said, “Figure out which is your dominant gift and then see how the others [in your hands] constellate around it.” How do I determine which is my Dominant Gift?
A: GREAT question. You can determine your ‘dominant gift marker’ in your hand in terms of how large, clear and well-marked it is. For example, if you have a big, neat Apollo Star (asterisk-shaped symbol under your ring finger on the palm) and couple of other stars in other areas that aren’t so neat and well-marked, you could say your Apollo Star is the dominant gift and the other gifts are supporting players to that gift.
In my hands, my BEST marked gift is the Lines of Genius – a genius for making my message simple and understandable. It’s the “media” gift. My secondary gift is my Apollo Star… so when I put my message in front of an audience, it moves me more and more into my Life Purpose as the Successful Business Woman with a Spiritual Message for a Large Audience.
Q: Significance of a Break On The Sun Line? ['Apollo line' under the ring finger]
I’ve become fascinated with the lines on my hand since signing up for the LPVaHR! I noticed, on my right hand, that there was a break (about 1/4 of an inch long) in one of the lines and became curious about it. I did some research, online, and discovered that it is the Sun Line (and that breaks are a bad sign). My Sun Line starts on my Lifeline – – it actually starts on a fork of my Lifeline, crosses the Headline and curves to the right, towards the mount of Saturn and ends at my Heartline. My Sun Line then starts again (under my ring finger), at the Heartline and is fairly strong and deep, and ends in a trident (this section is stronger on my hand than what appears on my print) under my ring finger. Since what I am reading says the Fate Line and Sun Line must be read together, let me tell you that I don’t seem to have a Fate Line on my right hand and what I think is the Fate Line on my left hand is crooked and wavy. From what I’m reading online – – a wavy Fate Line is also a bad sign! Starting about 15 years ago, my life has been in enormous upheaval, accompanied by many losses. Since my Sun Line starts again and appears to be strong, would it be a fair interpretation to say that the break is indicative of what has happened and that the strong “restart” of my Sun Line is a positive sign? Are there things one can do to compensate for a break in their Sun Line? How will a break in the Sun Line affect my ability to carry out my Life Purpose?
A: Breaks in lines are better read as a “break in activity.” You could be taking needed time off or procrastinating. If you do see a break in any of the lines, it needs to be interpreted case by case, taking into account other markers in the hands. That being said, breaks indicate a holding pattern in that area of the person’s life. The thing to remember is that we have free will. Also, I have a BIG distaste for language like ‘bad sign.’ There is nothing ‘bad’ in the hands – only opportunities for growth. I would say that given your own observations and how the lines are appearing – YES, you are moving into a period of greater focus with your creativity. A trident at the end of an Apollo line is a ‘good sign,’ indicating creative prosperity. Congratulations on your hard work, dedication and willingness to grow!
NOTE: Without seeing the hand print, I can’t say more than this. I think you may be confusing the line coming off your Life Line for an Apollo (Sun) Line, when it is a family-influenced Saturn line. I will check your prints on file.
